The National Transport Commission (NTC) published the 3rd Edition Load Restraint Guide and Loading Performance Standards on it's website in February 2018.

The published Loading Performance Standards represent a fundamental change to the way Load Restraint on heavy vehicles is managed and regulated in Australia.
